Door-to-doorsolicitation shall be allowed` within residential areas of the City of Colton <br />8 <br />without restriction except that any door-to-door solicitors shall make only one visit per day per <br />9 <br />private dwelling. <br />10 <br />B. Door-to-door solicitation shall be defined as any uninvited approach h to the doorway or <br />11 <br />12 <br />other entrance of a private dwelling by five or fewer individuals irrespective of the content of <br />13 <br />their communication. <br />14 <br />C. Ph ate dwellings with posted notices declining solicitation shall not be approached ` - <br />15 <br />door-to-door solicitors: <br />16 <br />D. Door-to-door solicitors engaging in commercial conduct shall fully comply with i h all <br />P <br />17 <br />regulations applicable to businesses as set forth in Title 5 of Colton Municipal Code. <br />13 <br />19 <br />9.50.030 Other speech -related activities. <br />20 <br />A. Other speech related activities shall be allowed without restriction except for the <br />21 <br />following: <br />22 <br />1. Demonstration or picketing activities shall proceed through residential <br />23 <br />neighborhoods at a minimum speed of two miles per hour. <br />24 <br />2. No demonstration or picketing activity shall cross any specific point more <br />25 <br />26 <br />than once during any 24-hour period."
