The city manager shall be reimbursed for all sums necessarily incurred or <br />paid by him or her under direction or approval of the city council in the performance of <br />his or her duties, or incurred or paid when traveling on business pertaining to the city <br />under direction or approval of the city ouncil. <br />B. Reimbursement shall only be made upon submission and approval of a <br />verified itemized claim setting forth the sums expended for which reimbursement is <br />requested by the city council. <br />W. <br />2.16.050 Powers and duties. <br />In addition to his or her general powers as administrative head of city <br />government, and not as a limitation thereon, it shall be the duty of the city manager and <br />he shall have the power to do the following: <br />A. Enforce All Laws, Agreements and Franchises: The City manager shall <br />see that all laws and ordinance of the city are duly enforced, and that all agreements, <br />contracts franchises, permits and privileges granted by the city are faithfully observed <br />according to the terms approved by the city council; <br />B. Supervision and Control of City Departments: The city manager shall <br />control, order and give direction to all heads of departments, subordinate officers and <br />2 <br />
