NO. 2 <br />"AGREEMENT -�c?'O EVALUATE THE IMPACT OF <br />TOTAL INORG ;-SAND TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS ON <br />WATT e.ES IN THE SANTA ANA RIVER <br />tAtERSHED (TIN AND TDS)" <br />FOR ADDING NEW MEMBERS <br />Pursuant to Paragraph 11.3.b. of that certain Task Force Agreement <br />entitled, "Agreement to Form a Task Force to Evaluate the Impact of Total <br />Inorganic Nitrogen and Total Dissolved Solids on Water Resources in the Santa <br />Ana River Watershed", dated December 19, 1995, the AGENCIES hereby agree <br />to make the following changes to the membership of the Task Force, subject to <br />the financial contributions as defined in the Task Force Agreement and the <br />attached cost allocation for Phase 1 B. <br />1. Add " SanBernardinoValley Water Conservation District" <br />2. Replace task force members "City of San Bernardino and City of <br />Colton" with "RIX Joint Powers Authority <br />Exceptas otherwise expressly amended herein, all of the terms, <br />conditions, and provisions of the Task Force Agreement as amended under <br />Amendment No. 1 shall continue in full force and effect, and the Additional <br />Agencies agree to comply with and be bound thereto. <br />
