Sanders ✓lcl .- <br />Subject: Compensation Reserve Fund Proposal <br />D1, <br />ATE <br />GOAL: Provide 10% Wage Increases across-the-board over a 3 -year period. <br />FY 97/98 - $600K allocated to Employee Compensation Reserve Fund <br />Evaluate Salary Survey <br />FY 98/99 - $300K allocated to Employee Compensation Reserve Fund <br />- Goal 2.5% Increase Across the Board <br />- Implement Compensation Study <br />FY 99/2000 - $350K allocated to Employee Compensation Reserve Fund <br />Goal 3.5% Increase Across the Board <br />MOTION <br />1. Transfer $600K from Utility Users Tax to compensate Reserve Fund for immediate <br />action. <br />2. Task - City Manager, Finance Director and Personnel Director to develop a 3 -year <br />plan that will phase-in the elements outlined in fiscal years 1997-2000. <br />3.
