Economic Development <br />£ Job Stimulus <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommendation to direct staff to set aside funds in fiscal year 1997/98 for a percentage <br />increase commensurate with the authorization level of $600K. Thereafter, develop a 2 - <br />year plan carrying a wage increase for a total span of three years. Accordingly, I <br />respectfully request your consideration and concurrence on this matter.
