You will note that Resolution R-17-97 includes specific language <br />regarding the method for lifting the hiring freeze. I believe that this single resolution may be <br />sufficient to address the concern you had regarding this issue. If not, it will still be proper for <br />the Council to re -adopt the resolution that was previously in effect in this regard and that you <br />listed as Resolution R-16-97. <br />I will leave it to you, and Adelpha to place these matters on the upcoming <br />Agenda. My records show that you simply pulled items 19 and 20 at the meeting of February <br />18, 1997, but I do not show a date specific on which you wanted these returned to the City <br />Council. I have drafted the Resolutions for March 4, 1997. If that is not the date you had in <br />mind, please let me know so I can adjust the Resolution. <br />
