CDBG Project Status Report <br />As of March 6, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br />9. Street Improvements -Aqua Mansa Road: Current balance is $41,396. This <br />project was consolidated with the 2"d, 3`d, & 5th Streets and the L, N, O, 7m <br />loth, 11 th, and Congress Streets projects and a construction contract in the <br />amount of $493,077 was awarded to the Matich Corporation. <br />10. Colton Museum Rehabilitation: Current balance is $85,000. The County <br />has prepared Attachments "A" & "B". Upon receipt and execution by Director <br />Zamora, they will be sent back to the County for their execution. Upon <br />receipt of fully executed copies, staff will solicit informal bids for a historical <br />consultant to prepare a formal bid document. <br />11. Pete Luque Community Center Rehabilitation: Current balance is $30,000. <br />The County is preparing Exhibits "A" and "B" which lists the specific <br />improvements to be carried on the project. <br />1/2 Street Improvements -Laurel Pennsylvania Olive: Current balance is <br />$53,000. The Public Works Department has revised the costs estimates to <br />construct this project, and has stated that an additional $18,064 is required <br />for the project. <br />7. Street Improvements -Pennsylvania from Mill to Johnston: Current balance <br />is $17,266. The project is currently under design. <br />14. Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program: Current balance is $56,797. The <br />County has indicated that their Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program <br />addresses the specific needs for low and moderate income residents wishing <br />to rehabilitate their homes, and recommends that these funds should be <br />reprogrammed. <br />15. Contingency: Current balance is $17,349. Approximately $15,766 inset <br />aside for the First Council District. The remaining balance, in the amount of <br />41,587is available for reprogramming to any CDBG eligible project. <br />
