Page 2 <br />LLMD Resolutions <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The District budget for 1997-98 is $266,833. This is outlined on page 8 of the report. <br />Assessments, which are being proposed for the fiscal year 1997-98 levy, are $52.82 <br />(Cooley Ranch), $53.56 (Old Colton), $50.62 (Reche Canyon) and $85.94 (Vilest Valley). <br />MuniFinancial, Inc. stated the 1997-98 LLMD levy- is in compliance with Proposition 218. <br />However, Proposition 218 requires further analysis prior to the fiscal year 1998-99 <br />assessment levy. Staff with the assistance of a consultant, will review this matter and bring <br />it before the City Council in early 1998. <br />Anna A.
