The term of this agreement shall be January 1, 1997 through <br />June 30, 1998. <br />91 PRO R� Be � I al * * elm <br />A. The Manager of the Program Services and Support Section <br />is designated as the Department's Project Coordinator for <br />this agreement. The Department may at any time designate <br />a substitute Project Coordinator. <br />B is designated as the Contractor's <br />Project Coordinator for this agreement. The Contractor <br />may at any time designate a substitute Project <br />Coordinator. <br />MM W 4RT <br />CSD will process applications and make a determination of <br />applicants eligibility for assistance based upon <br />pre -established criteria pursuant to California's <br />Low- Income Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). CSD <br />will provide the Contractor with a magnetic cartridge <br />and/or printout (transmittal) listing applicants <br />determined eligible for assistance and the amount of that <br />assistance. Payment in the form of a State of California <br />warrant, shall accompany said magnetic cartridge and/or <br />printout and shall represent the sum total of benefits <br />contained on said transmittal. <br />Contractor will process payments contained on <br />aforementioned cartridge/printout in accordance with the <br />provisions of Exhibit A. <br />The Contractor will provide notification of HEAP payment <br />to each customer for whom a credit is made. A letter <br />detailing the method of documentation to be undertaken <br />shall be provided to CSD prior to its implementation. <br />Wording of said notification to be mutually agreed upon <br />between CSD's and Contractor's. project coordinator. <br />Implementation of said notification to take place prior <br />to April 30, 1998. <br />
