L. <br />Notes, correspondence, invoices and reports submitted by <br />the Contractor, unless otherwise required in Exhibit A <br />and the attachments thereto, shall be sent to: Department <br />of Community Services and Development, Home Energy <br />Assistance Program, 700 North Tenth Street, Room 258, <br />Sacramento, California 95814-0338, Attention: Manager, <br />Program Services and Support. <br />Should a provision of this agreement by held invalid by <br />a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining <br />provisions of this agreement shall continue to be valid <br />and enforceable. <br />N. omplete Aareement <br />This Agreement, which includes any supplemental documents <br />attached hereto, set forth the entire agreement between <br />the Contractor and the Department, and supersedes all <br />other oral or written provisions No modification of any <br />of the provisions shall be binding on the Contractor or <br />the Department unless expressly agreed to in writing. <br />O. Assignment <br />Without the written mutual consent of the .parties the <br />responsibilities under this agreement are not assignable <br />in whole or in part. <br />W -03W Qrre- _ .9 T. <br />It is mutually understood between the parties that this <br />contract may have been written before ascertaining the <br />availability of congressional appropriation of funds for <br />the mutual benefit of both parties in order to avoid <br />program and fiscal delays which would occur if the <br />contract were executed after that determination were <br />made. <br />67 <br />
