Aor)roval of Final Form of Aareement. <br />The City hereb� y approves the form of Agreement presently on file <br />with the City Clerk, with such changes as may be approved by the <br />,Mayor or City Manager, upon the recommendation of the City <br />Attorney and Sabo & Green, a Professional Corporation ("Bond <br />Counsel"). Th City hereby further authorizes and directs the <br />conversion of t e Agreement presently on file with the City Clerk <br />into the final form of Agreement, with such changes or <br />modifications as deemed necessary or desirable by the Mayor or <br />City Manager u I p on the recommendation of the City Attorney and <br />Bond Counsel. The Mayor, City Manager, or such other authorized <br />officers of the City are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and del iver, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to attest to the final form of the Agreement, once <br />prepared, and such execution and delivery of the Agreement shall <br />I <br />, conclusive evidence of its approval.
