Manager upon the recommendation of the City Attorney and Bond <br />2 <br />Counsel. The City hereby further authorizes and directs <br />3 <br />conversion of the Project Loan Documents Agreement presently on <br />4 <br />file with the City Clerk into the final form of the Project Loan <br />5 <br />Documents Agreement, with such changes or modifications as deemed <br />6 <br />7 necessary or esirable by the Mayor or City Manager upon <br />8 recommendation of the City Attorney and Bond Counsel. The Mayor, <br />9 City Manager or such other authorized officer of the City is <br />10 hereby author7ed and directed to execute and deliver, and the <br />City Clerk is ereby authorized and directed to attest to the <br />11 <br />12 final form of the Project Loan Documents Agreement once prepared <br />13 and such execu�tion and delivery shall be deemed conclusive <br />14 evidence of its approval. The City hereby authorizes the <br />15 delivery and performance of the obligations under Project Loan <br />16 Documents Agreement. <br />17 <br />18 Section 5. Approval of Final Form of Su-p7plemental <br />19 Trust Indentiir--. The City hereby approves the form of the <br />20 Supplemental Trust Indenture presently on file with the City <br />21 Clerk with suc changes as may be approved by the Mayor or City <br />22 Manager upon recommendation of the City Attorney and Bond <br />23 <br />Counsel. The City hereby further authorizes and directs <br />24 <br />conversion of the Supplemental Trust Indenture presently on file <br />25 <br />26 with the City Clerk into the final form of said documents, with <br />27 such changes or modifications as deemed necessary or desirable by <br />1 <br />28 the Mayor or C ty Manager upon the recommendation of the City <br />4 <br />
