Parrish, Senior Program Manager <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the selection of the Harvey M. Rose <br />Accountancy Corporation to develop an RFP for distribution to Municipal Law Firms to <br />provide Legal Services to the City of Colton. Additionally, staff recommends that the <br />City Council authorize the Harvey M.
