Hutton, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Final Approval and Acceptance of Tract No. 15610-1 <br />DATE: November 11, 1997 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract 15610-1 is located at the North Westerly comer of 11�' Street and "H" Street. The <br />first phase of this development consists of thirty (30) lots. This tract is known as <br />"Colton Cottages" and is being constructed by MacDonald Properties, on the old City <br />maintenance yard property. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The developer has submitted the required bonds, security deposit for monumentation <br />and the Subdivision Agreement. <br />This map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and Local <br />Ordinances.
