As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings stated: <br />1. "City Permits" shall mean Regional Water Quality Control Board/Santa Ana Region <br />(Regional Board) Order Nos. 92-17, 92-40, 92-50, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit No. CA 0105236 issued to Colton and Regional Board Order Nos. 92-22, <br />92-28, 93-42 and NPDES permit No. CA 0105392 issued to San Bernardino, each of which permits <br />(as the same may be modified, amended, revised and/or reissued from time to time) and regulates <br />the operations of local facilities and their discharge to the Santa Ana River. <br />2. "Secondary Influent Quality" shall mean the waste discharge requirements and other <br />standards for secondary effluent discharges applicable to Colton and San Bernardino under the City <br />Perniits as set forth more fully in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />n this reference. <br />f 3. "Initial Term" shall mean the period from the Effective Date first above stated through <br />2000. <br />4. "Secondary Effluent Flow" shall mean the discharge of secondary treated effluent from <br />either of the ,"AUTHORITY'S"respective secondary treatment processes to the Regional Tertiary <br />Treatment and Reclamation Facility, and thisshallbe metered on a daily basis. <br />5. "Influent Quality" shall mean the influent flows to either of the "AUTHORITY'S" tertiary <br />treatment process. <br />6.
