a <br />Mayor and Council Members <br />Council Meeting of April 21, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO.2 IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,625 <br />TO THE CONTRACT WITH KRIEGER AND STEWART FOR THE <br />WASTEWATER EXPANSION AND RENOVATION PROJECT <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />In order to pay for the costs for Change Order No. 2 (Bid Preparation and Award) in <br />the Amount of $19,625 Council will need to authorize an increase in appropriations. <br />Attached is a Resolution authorizing the increase in appropriations in the amount of <br />$19,625 Sewer Development Funds. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council: <br />1. Approve the Change Order No. 2 to Krieger and Stewart in the <br />Amount of $19,625 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Expansion and Renovation Project's bid preparation. <br />2.
