R-33-98 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE FY97-98 BUDGET TO ALLOCATE <br />FUNDING FOR WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the City <br />of Colton on June 30, 1997 (the Budget) that did not include funding for the <br />FY97-98 Wastewater Capital Improvement Projects, previously approved by the <br />City Council <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1: With regard to the allocation of the Wastewater Capital <br />Improvements, the following budget amendment is adopted: <br />A. The Budget is hereby amended to allocate $1.9,625 for <br />Wastewater Capital Improvements as follows: 1. additional costs for the <br />design of the Wastewater Treatment Plant's Expansion and Renovation <br />Project. <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of the <br />allocation for Wastewater Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 hereof, <br />the following budget amendments are adopted: <br />1. The Sewer Development Unappropriated Balance is <br />hereby decreased in the amount of $19,625. <br />2. The Sewer Development Appropriation for FY97-98 <br />is hereby increased in the amount of $19,625. <br />April, 1998. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of <br />KARL E.
