We met with Steve W. Aman on July 17, 1998 and discussed has !ist of claims in detail. Aman prepared a file on each claire and numbered each file in accordance with the attached list. We can copy each of the files for you, if needed. We have enclosed another summary titled "Sunnmary of Negotiations" dated July 20, 1998. This list represents our mutually agreed upon amount of $88,820.65 for the outstanding claims following our negotiations. We told Aman this is the number we would recommend that the Owner accept. F$nW!y we have enclosed a summary of all changes for the project. You may recall we had three different categories of Changes: I . Those geed upon and executed 2. Those agreed upon but not fully processed 3. Those outstanding claims/change orders The resulting number is higher than we had previously hoped but we feel it is in the Wiest interest of the Owner to agree upon a negotiated amount. The total change order amount, if accepted by the Owner-, will be slightly less than 10%.
