RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adjourn to February 10, 1998, at 6:30 P.M., to <br />jointly meet with the Parks and Recreation Commission to discuss fees and the adoption <br />of a fee waiver structure. Staff further recommends that the Council approve waiving all <br />fees for the Ken Hubbs Little League; Carl Rimbaugh Girls Softball; Max Lofy Pony/Colt <br />League; Colton T -Ball League (less a negotiated electrical fee) for the 1998 season; for <br />all outside park facilities. <br />Attachments: Departmental fee calculations for <br />sports leagues (outdoor only) <br />7 <br />
