CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For City Council Meeting of June 2, 1998 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manag <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director -Y US� <br />SUBJECT: Approval of the Salary Resolution and Ratification Of Employee Appointment To The <br />Full -Time Position Of Human Resource Analyst in the Human Resource Department. <br />DATE: May 13, 1998 <br />BACKGROUND: There is one (1) vacant Personnel Analyst Position in the Human Resource Department. A <br />contract employee has filled this position over the last 17 months. Since the needs of the department have changed, <br />the attached job description for a Human Resource Analyst includes the essential function changes; the salary range <br />is $2,591-3,150 per month. <br />DISCUSSION/Ar1 I, MIS: Recruitment for said position will be conducted and an eligibility list established. The <br />candidate- chosen will meet the education and experience requirements as specified in the job description. This <br />position will assist both the Human Resource Division and the Risk Management Division.
