A soils engineer has <br />rendered an opinion and city staff has reviewed all pertinent data which concludes that <br />the City of Colton should deny te claim. There is no evidence that the City or the City - <br />owned infrastructure has contributed to neither the hillside erosion nor the collapse of <br />the private drive, therefore, by copy of this correspondence to the City, it is our <br />recommendation that this claim be rejected in its entirety. . <br />Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ward North America, Inc. <br />Joseph R.
