Therefore, we recommend that this claim be rejected to <br />commence the statute of limitations. <br />When we first received this claim, I had several conversations with the claimant <br />concerning whether or not they were going to pursue their claim against the City or have <br />their own carrier repair their vehicle and then the carrier would file their subrogation <br />claim.
