BARRERA, CITY CLERK <br />Re: PERMISSION TO USE CITY STREETS <br />DISCUSSION: The City has received a letter from Harold S. Harmon, President <br />of the Friends of the Old West Social Club, requesting permission to drive a <br />stagecoach on Reche Canyon Road, to Washington, to Hunts Lane on <br />October 4, 1998. The purpose of this event is to raise Monies for the Roy Rogers <br />and Dale Evans Happy Trails Children's Foundation for Severely Abused <br />Children. <br />Copies of the above letter have been forwarded to the following <br />departments for their approvals: <br />Public Works <br />Community Development <br />Police <br />Fire <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that City Council consider the <br />request for permission to use City Streets. <br />Item # 14 <br />
