THE FRIENDS OF THE OLD WEST SOCIAL CLUB <br />24459 SUNNYMEAD BLVD. <br />MORENO VALLEY, CA. 92553 <br />909-247-6798 <br />09/01/1998 <br />To Whom It May Concern; <br />The Friends of the Old West Social Club, would like to receive a special event permit to allow the use of <br />certain city routes as indicated on attached map and attached business plan. <br />As this event is entirely to raise money for charity (THE ROY ROGERS AND DALE EVANS HAPPY <br />TRAILS CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION FOR SEVERELY ABUSED CHILDREN) we are requesting that <br />any and all fees necessary to obtaining said permit be waived and permit be issued. <br />By waiving all costs the actual cost to the community will be negligible compared to the good will the <br />community will receive in return , for the potential help they will be giving abused children in this <br />community and surrounding communities. <br />Thank You For Your Generous Cooperation <br />Harold S.
