Method of changing horses will be n old fashioned quick change with pre -harnessed horses so that <br />observers can see how it was down in the old west. <br />B. Passengers will be required to donate a minimum of $25.00 for the privilege of riding the stage on <br />one leg of the ride. Each leg will be approximately 2.5 miles. Anyone riding as a passenger must <br />ride in full period dress reminiscent of the 1880's period. Each $25.00 donation will go to Happy <br />Trails Foundation in its entirety since there should be no expense incurred for this event. <br />Approximately 56 passengers should be accommodated for consequently raising a potential 1400.00 <br />for the charity. <br />C. Use of the stagecoach will be donated courtesy of Carriages by Margaret and driven by George Liblin <br />of G & F. Trailers. Transportation of horses will also be taken care of by same. <br />D. Each stage stop will be manned by a sponsor and will be set up and taken down by same sponsor. To <br />be determined. <br />E. A greeting and departure ceremony will take place at the stop at Court and E. St downtown San <br />Bernardino with the arrival of any dignitaries being at this stop and the departure of the Earps to the <br />cemetery at this stop. <br />F. There will be a brief ceremony at the cemetery for the Earp family members interned at this location. <br />G. All participants will depart and disperse from the cemetery unless there is a need to shuttle them back <br />to origination point. 1 <br />5T - <br />Q S�� <br />
