FILE INDEX NUMBER: D-54-98 OLYMPIA GRILL & LOUNGE <br />(BILLY T'S) <br />Andres Soto stated that Staff requested this item be continued to the March 23, 1999 meeting. <br />He indicated that some progress has been made with the applicant but that Staff would better <br />be able to present a report on March 23, 1999. <br />Commissioner Hernandez moved to continue File Index Number D-54-98 to the regular <br />meeting of March 23, 1999; seconded by Commissioner Prieto; motion carried. <br />2. FILE INDEX NUMBER: DC -71-98 MANNING EXPRESS <br />Lisa Banuelos read the staff report stating that the applicant is requesting an Environmental <br />Determination and Review of Conditional Use Permit to allow a truck storage yard in an <br />Ml/SDA (Sensitive Development Area). Ms. Banuelos indicated that Staff processed the <br />application through Environmental Review and the Design Review Committee. She stated <br />that comments were received from the Public Works Department, Fire Department, and the <br />Water/Wastewater Division of the City of Colton and that their conditions have been included <br />in the Conditions of Approval <br />Ms. Banuelos indicated that the proposal is consistent with the intent and guidelines of the <br />General Plan and that if the Commission grants a Conditional Use Permit and the applicant <br />complies with all Conditions of Approval, the proposed project will be consistent with the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />
