Further local studies and project construction outside of local control have indicated tile immediate need for certain local drains. It redirects the flow of water from the City of San Bernardino, Rialto and Colton between Eucalyptus and Meridian into Randall Basin Widlin the City of San Bernardino. Randall basin is being. enl arged by Flood Control to further protect Colton Residents. 2.
