Further local studies and project <br />construction outside of local control have indicated tile immediate need for certain local drains. <br />Existing drainage fees are collected to provide for these local! facilities and the 3-5 storm drain in E <br />Tr-iiii-tiklf–�s--aTaFge—dri�in—deiigiied to carry <br />stormwater away fro ' in the area but does. not provide a . 11 tile facilities to get the 100 year <br />stormwater safely into it. It redirects the flow of water from the City of San Bernardino, Rialto and Colton between <br />Eucalyptus and Meridian into Randall Basin Widlin the City of San Bernardino. Randall <br />basin is being. enl arged by Flood Control to further protect Colton Residents. <br />2. This redirecti?n will Protect JChUde Middle Sc400l And downstream property owners: from <br />I <br />water flowing, from the City of San Bernardino into their property and subdi Vi sions below. <br />3. Drainage frOill Pepper onto Randall Ave. is alleviated protecting CFD 89-2. <br />4. Reduction offlooding at the intersection of San Bernardino and Pepper Ave., <br />5.
