OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, FOR COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTINC <br />MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, AS FOLLOWS: <br />S�ection 1. The above recitals are all true and correct. <br />S�ction 2. The Report as presented, consists of the following: <br />a.
