Thus, because special circumstances applicable to the subject <br />property require a Variance to avoid depriving the property of privileges <br />enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity under the same zoning classification, <br />the Major Variance to permit a metal building is approved based upon the <br />written and oral evidence in the record. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.BARRERA <br />City Clerk <br />KARL E.
