Miller, Director <br />Transportation/Flood Control Department <br />County of San Bernardino <br />825 East Third Street <br />San Bernardino, California 92415-0835 <br />Re: Area -Wide Storm Drain Project 3-S <br />Subj: City of Colton/ San Bernardino County MOU Agreement <br />Dear Ken: <br />Hand Delivered <br />Thank you for attending the very productive meeting yesterday. As promised, please find <br />enclosed an executed copy of the above referenced MOU Agreement. <br />As discussed in our meeting, the 108"-66" RCP Storm Drain on Meridian Avenue has been <br />constructed and is bulkheaded approximately thirty feet north of Valley Boulevard. The upper <br />end terminates approximately fifty feet north of San Bernardino Avenue. This portion of the <br />Storm Drain is identified on Attachment I of the Agreement as "3-5 Storm Drain (North of <br />Interstate 10)" and the budgeted allocation was $818,070. <br />Phase II of the 3-5 Storm Drain is discussed in Paragraph 2.13 of the Agreement. The $1,500,000 <br />and $400,000 is identified as an "advance subject to reimbursement" and "contribution" <br />respectively. These allocations can also be found on Attachment I of the Agreement and are <br />further identified as allocations towards "3-5 Storm Drain (South of Interstate 10 to the Santa Ana <br />River)". <br />Please call me if you have any questions or need assistance in any way to bring this matter before <br />the County Board of Supervisors.
