A new Section 2.04.020 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby added <br />to read as follows: <br />SECTION 2: Section 2.06.020 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"2.06.020 Closed session procedures. <br />The ma r r <br />0 tem <br />Yo h 'f�.::Y....:.:.1��:t�:rax��...��Pp11p��1ea be <br />responsible for ensuring that procedural requirements, other than requirements for notice, are fulfilled <br />when a closed session of the city council, committees or commissions, or other redevelopment agency, <br />respectively, is held pursuant to the provisions of the Brown Act. The city clerk or the assistant <br />secretary, in coordination with the city attorney or general counsel, shall be responsible for fulfilling <br />any notice requirements relating to closed sessions held by the city council, city committees or <br />commissions, or the redevelopment agency, respectively." <br />SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause <br />the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper <br />of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take effect <br />thirty (30) days after its enactment in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />
