E. Permittee shall own or lease and maintain at its expense <br />all equipment necessary to perform its duties as provided <br />for under this permit, including sufficient radio equip- <br />ment for office to field equipment communication. <br />F. Every effort shall be made by Permittee to resolve com- <br />plaints firly and efficiently and follow-up in the <br />community. <br />a-@ <br />A. INSURANCE <br />A. Permittee shall, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, <br />obtain and maintain in full force and effect during the <br />term of this Permit full compensation insurance for all <br />persons who may be employed by Permittee in carrying out <br />the work specified in this Permit. Such compensation <br />insurance hall be in accord with the requirements of the <br />State of California relating to workers compensation. <br />Permittee shall furnish to City a copy of the policy or <br />certificate evidencing such policy. <br />B.
