7.2 AUN shall pay SET for all energy scheduled by AUN in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of AUN's agreement with SET. <br />7.3 SET shall pay Colton by netting such sales of energy to AUN against SET's monthly <br />invoice to Colton in accordance with SET's separate agreement with Colton. <br />7.4 Any dispute shall be referred to the Operating Representatives for resolution.
