Page 2 <br />LLMD Resolutions <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The District budget for 1999/2000 prepared by M.B.I.A. is outlined in their annual report of <br />Assessments, which is on file in the office of the City Clerk as prescribed by law. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt the following resolution initiating proceedings for the Colton Landscape and Lighting <br />Maintenance Assessment District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 1999/2000, and setting August 3 Id as <br />the Public Hearing Date to determine any protests. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution declaring its Intention to Levy Annual Assessments and setting August 3, 1999 as <br />the Public Hearing Date. <br />
