A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br />Experience <br />Five years of progressively responsible customer service, accounting and financial <br />experience, preferably local government experience and including at least 2 years in a <br />supervisory capacity. <br />Education <br />A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in <br />communications, accounting/finance, public administration or business administration. <br />LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate and valid California driver's license. <br />APPROVED BY COUNCIL: Month, Day, Year <br />
