CITY OF COLTON <br />Revenue Manager - Cont'd <br />Page 2 <br />QUALIFICATIONS <br />Knowledge of: <br />Principles, procedures and practices relating to customer service, particularly in the areas of <br />customer service systems and quality control, personnel training, customer communication, and <br />customer information systems. <br />Principles and practices of leadership, organization, administration and personnel management. <br />Principles, procedures and practices relating to finance administration, particularly in the areas of <br />accounting, budgeting, auditing, purchasing and data processing. <br />Laws regulating the financial administration of utilities. <br />Budget preparation, program analyses and revenue forecasting. <br />Operations of utilities, including source of supply, measurable units and meters. <br />Computer concepts and terminology applied in the data processing field. <br />Ability to: <br />Create, analyze, and improve customer service systems and customer service quality control <br />processes. <br />Respectfully query, genuinely listen to, and fully satisfy customers, exceeding their expectations <br />regarding their treatment by the Utilities. <br />Develop and install sound accounting and financial reporting systems. <br />Prepare, present and administer a budget. <br />Analyze systems, research and prepare complex financial reports. <br />Analyze and plan for future software/hardware requirements. <br />Present clear, concise oral reports to various groups and individuals. <br />Select, supervise, train and evaluate assigned staff. <br />Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of <br />work. <br />
