GARY PENROD, SHERIFF <br />February 19,1999 <br />To Whom It May Concem: <br />The San Bemardino County Sheriff's Department has received contract services from <br />Law Enforcement Medical Services since May 1998. This contract is for the collection <br />of forensic medical evidence. 'The services provided include on-site blood withdrawai, <br />urine sample collection, and sexual assault victim and suspect examinations at various <br />locations throughout the County. <br />All the services provided by Law Enforcement Medical Services have been provided in a <br />very professional and efficient manner.
