The qualiiy and oonsisoency of service is at a level that allows us to no longer <br />ooncem ourselves with managing blood withdrawals and similar srnices. <br />���s in mY s8ency demonstrsted a recent axemple of your orgattizadott's reputation <br />for reliable service a scant thne days ago durilig aDUI checkpoint. An officer made a <br />request to our dispateh ceaur for LEMS to respond for a biood withdtawal, aad a frw <br />minutes later a second officer made a duplicate request The dispatcher it�foimed the <br />offfcer that LEM3 was notitied a few minutes earlier, and confumed thaf the officer <br />wanted to makc a repeat re�uest for LEMS to ensure they wace responding, 'I'he officer's <br />xeply was "For LEMS7 I'm certain they're on their way."
