1 2.3 Operating Representative: The person designated by a Party pursuant to the 2 provisions of Article VIII hereof. 3 2.4 SET: Sempra Energy Trading, a California Independent System Operator certified 4 Scheduling Coordinator. 5 ARTICLE III 6 POINTS OF DELIVERY 7 8 3.1 The Point of Delivery for the electrical energy supplied hereunder shall be the South 9 Path 15 Zone as defined by the ISO. 10 3.2 Other additional points of delivery may be mutually agreed upon from time to time 11 by the Parties in accordance with procedures established by the Operating 12 Representatives. 13 14 ARTICLE IV 15 SERVICES TO BE RENDERED 16 17 4.1 Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Colton agrees to sell 18 electrical energy to AUN in amounts of zero (0) Kilowatts up to and including 500 19 Kilowatts per hour in increments of 100 Kilowatts for all hours during the term of the 20 Agreement unless prevented by an Uncontrollable Force as described in Article XIV. 21 4.2 Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AUN agrees to provide 22 Colton with copies of all AUN documentation pertaining to its activities as an 23 Energy Service Provider during the term of this Agreement unless prevented by the 24 refusal of a retail customer to disclose such information. All other available 25 information not thus withheld shall be provided by AUN to Colton for the term of the 26 Agreement. 27 4.3 AUN agrees to pay Colton for all energy scheduled by AUN at the rate established in 28 Article VI of this agreement for the term of the agreement.
