All employees will look
to handle incidents that occur in a professional and courteous manner.
Parking Lot:
All security personnel are to be visible at all times.
(a) Barricades will be set up in the parking lot to divert unwanted traffic in front of Club's entrance.
(b) Security personnel patrol the entire parking lot via foot or motorized cart.
(c) Security personnel are to be equipped with two-way radios to communicate with other security
personnel and management regarding all situations and/or conflicts within the parking area.
(d) Security personnel are directed not to allow potential customers to consume any alcoholic beverages in
the parking lot areas. Persons found consuming alcohol in the parking lot will be asked to leave the
premises and they will not be permitted to enter the club.
(e) Security personnel are directed not to allow patrons to "cruise" the parking area. Persons noticed
passing more than twice will be informed to either enter the club or leave the area immediately.
(f) Security personnel are directed to not allow anyone to loiter in or around the parking area. Persons
found loitering will be instructed to leave.
(g) At closing, the entire security team will assemble outside and, in a professional manner, maintain the
safety of patrons dispersing from the parking area. These patrons will be
directed to leave the area as quickly as possible.
(i) After closing, once all patrons have exited the parking lot, security personnel will pick-up any existing
trash and return all barricades to the building.
