CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />FOR <br />HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF ANAEROBIC DIGE=STED SLUDGE <br />PROJECT NO. WW99-2 ' <br />THIS CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT (herein "Agreement') is made and <br />entered into this <br />2nd day of <br />November <br />19 99 <br />by and between the <br />CITY OF <br />COLTON <br />(herein "City"), a <br />municipal <br />corporation, and . <br />WARM 10 GR0 (herein <br />"Contractor"). The parties hereto agree as follows: <br />SECTION 1: SERVICES OF THE CONTRACTOR: <br />1.1 Scope of Agreement. This Agreement concerns the removal, hauling and <br />disposal of anaerobic digested dewatered municipal sludge form the City <br />of Colton's Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1201 South Rancho <br />Avenue, Colton, CA 92324-2897 (the "Site"). In compliance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor is to prpvide all services, <br />including all supervision, labor, equipment and materials,; and all other <br />resources necessary for the proper performance of its obligation under <br />this contact. <br />1.2 Scope of Services. In accordance with Section 1. 1, and the following terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor is to remove, haul and <br />dispose of, or treat, recycle and/or destroy all anaerobic digested sludge <br />("Sludge") presently located at the Site, and all future Sludge under the <br />length of this Agreement. The Sludge is to be removed aver a period of <br />no more than 10 days from the initial date of being notifiF,d to remove the <br />Sludge. The Contractor represents and warrants that all,services performed <br />in connection with this Agreement will be performed in a competent, <br />professional and satisfactory manner, and will be perforn' ed in accordance <br />with the standards prevalent in the industry. <br />1.3 Compliance with Law.. The Contractor represents, and warrants, that all <br />services rendered hereunder shall be provided in accordance with all <br />ordinances, resolutions, statutes, rules and regulations of the United States <br />of America, the State of California, the County of San Bernardino, and all <br />other regional and local governmental agencies within the jurisdiction. <br />1.4 Tenn of the Contract. The Contract will be for Fiscal YeFJr 1999-2000 (July <br />to June), with an option to renew for Fiscal Year 2000-20101 <br />
