R-97-99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, DECLAIRNG ITS <br />INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF WEST HANNA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton, pursuant to Chapter 3 of the <br />State of California Streets and Highways Code, does hereby declare its intention to order the <br />abandonment of that portion of West Hanna as described in Exhibits "A" and "B" which are <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby made to the <br />map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 6:30 p.m. on the 21" day of December 1999, in the <br />Council Chambers at City Hall located at 650 North La Cadena, Colton, California, be and the <br />same is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to <br />the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works of the City of Colton, is <br />hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be posted as required by law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
