City Council Meeting of October 5, 1999 <br />Ordinance Amending Section 18.58.070(A) <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />Staff recommends that the Council find and determine that it can be seen with certainty that <br />there is no possibility that this Ordinance may have a significant adverse effect on the <br />environment. The proposed modification to Section 18.58.070(A) of the Municipal Code is <br />an administrative text amendment in nature. Thus, the adoption of this Ordinance is exempt <br />from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to <br />Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. Staff is directed to file a Notice of Exemption <br />with the San Bernardino County Clerk's Office within five (5) working days of project <br />approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code relating to <br />the expiration of Conditional Use Permits and Variances. <br />DRZ/wdm <br />Attachment: Ordinance <br />Best Best & Krieger letter dated September 15, 1999 <br />
