APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES FROM THE REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 22 1999. <br />Commissioner Hernandez moved approval of the minutes; seconded by Commissioner <br />Chavez, motion carried. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES FROM THE REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 27 1999. <br />Commissioner Hernandez moved approval of the minutes; seconded by Commissioner Suchil, <br />motion carried with Commissioner Carter abstaining. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES FROM THE REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 10 1999. <br />Commissioner Chavez moved approval of the minutes; seconded by Commissioner Suchil, <br />motion carried with Commissioners Carter and Hernandez abstaining. <br />ITEM E - ORAL COMMUNICATION <br />None. <br />ITEM F — COMMISSION CONSIDERATION <br />1. FILE INDEX NUMBER: D-39-99 TRANSPORTATION TERMINALS <br />Ms. Banuelos read the staff report stating that the request is for a Site and Architectural <br />Review for the construction of a three-story medical office building, consisting of <br />approximately 75,000 square feet. <br />Grea Ballmer, 5894 Grand Avenue, Riverside, CA <br />Mr. Ballmer discussed the proposed project site's importance to the Delhi Sands Flower <br />Loving Fly and the other species living on the property. He stated that the proposed project <br />would need to be relocated to be properly mitigated. <br />Patricia Green Vanir Development, 290 North "D" Street San Bernardino CA the <br />Ms. Green stated that the facility would house numerous medical services in support of F <br />new Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. She stated that the proposed project is Phase 1 0 <br />
