HUTTON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />SUBJECT: FINAL ACCEPTANCE / NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR <br />THE 1998 / 99 PHASE II PAVEMENT REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT — CONTRACTOR ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT. <br />DATE: September 27, 1999 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The 1998 - 1999 Phase II Pavement Rehabilitation Project consisted of a 2" <br />cold plane and 2" A.C. overlay on various city wide streets. <br />The Project was approved and awarded to All American Asphalt at an estimated <br />cost of $380,466.99. During the course of the project, one change order was <br />necessary, to add the additional work of "D" Street, Hunter Road, and Carreon <br />Streets to the project. The total cost of the project is $405,741. <br />SUMMARY: <br />The contractor has completed the work as specified in the contract on <br />September 20, 1999.
