FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This Project is funded by Measure I Funds and Host City Fees. The total <br />amount of the construction contract including change orders is $405,741. The <br />account number for this project is 457-6400-6708-3890. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />• Staff recommends final acceptance of the 1998-99 Phase II Pavement <br />Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of $405,741 and authorize finalizing a <br />Notice of Completion for this project. <br />• Staff recommends that Council approve the execution and recordation of this <br />document. <br />Report prepared by James R.
