TC -5 with Revised TC -5. Section numbers were corrected. <br />Replace Table of Contents, Pg, TC ­6 with Revised TC -6. Drawing numbers were corrected, <br />Replace Hunts Lane, Cooley Lane and Cooley Drive — Field Measured Quantifies, Pg. A-6, with the attached <br />Revised Pg. A-6. The CP SF & AC TONS Sublotals have been corrected. <br />Replace Paving: FY99-00 WaterlSewer Project — Pennsylvania , Oak & Laurel Grid — Field Measured Quanfifies, <br />Pg. A-10, with the attached Revised Pg. A-10. Norman Road has been removed from this Project The Sublotals <br />have been adjusted to reflect this deletion. <br />Replace Project Totals —Field Measured Quanffties, Pg. A-11 with Revised Pg. A-11. Quantity adjustments. <br />Replace Proposal Bidding Schedule, Pg. B-4 with the attached Revised Pg. B-4. Quantity adjustments. <br />The following paragraph shall be added to the Special Provisions, Section 11.06 Asphalt Concrete — Various <br />Thickness: <br />A weedkilllpreven6on process shall be applied to the cold -planed streets prior to installing the Asphalt Concrete <br />Overlay. Acceptable products shall be those that prevent the growth or regrowth of any vegetafion or plant matter. <br />Product samples and(or Product data sheets to be submitted to the City Engineer for approval prior to initial <br />application.
