R-90.99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH IBEW REGARDING THE SALARY RANGE AND <br />JOB TITLE FOR SENIOR ELECTICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN AND ELECTICAL <br />ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has approved the IBEW contract and Compensation <br />Study implementing the Salary Resolution R-73-99; and <br />WHEREAS, a revision to the IBEW agreement eliminated the job titles of Senior Electrical Engineering <br />Technician and Electrical Engineering Technician and are replaced with the job titles of Electrical Utility Systems <br />Designer and Electric Utilities Inspector, and <br />WHEREAS, a revision to the IBEW agreement changed the salary ranges for the positions of Electrical <br />Utility Systems Designer and Electric Utilities Inspector, and <br />BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Resolution 73-99 is hereby amended as follows: <br />CLASSIFICATION SALARY RANGE A STEP E STEP <br />Electric Utility Systems Designer 912 $4,126 $5,015 <br />Electric Utilities Inspector 920 $3,286 $3,995 <br />SECTION 2: The change shall be effective November 1, 1999 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
