Further, Southern California Edison <br />provided comments on the proposed subdivision indicating that the subdivision will <br />unreasonably interfere with their existing easement located within the boundaries of <br />Tentative Tract Map. <br />G. The discharge of waste into an existing sewer system from deve <br />proposed in the Tentative Tract Map will not cause a violation of existing requi <br />prescribed by the local regional water quality control board. <br />H. In considering the proposed subdivision request, the City Council ha <br />considered the housing needs of the region and balanced those needs against th <br />public service needs of the residents and available fiscal and environmental resources. <br />SECTION 3. The negative declaration, initial study and supplements <br />amendment to the initial study prepared for Tentative Tract Map No. 16019 contain <br />complete and accurate reporting of the environmental impacts associated with th <br />subdivision. The documents have been completed in compliance with CEQA, the City' <br />4 <br />
