The City Council directs staff to file a Notice of <br />Determination and a Certificate of Fee Exemption (De Minimus Impact Finding) <br />with the County of San Bernardino within five (5) working days of project approval. <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective <br />thirty (30) days after its adoption in accordance with the provisions of California <br />law. <br />SECTION 8: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within <br />fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and <br />published in Colton, California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this _ day of , 1999. <br />I ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
